I recommended a friend to go, he had broken a tooth. I called in front of him to make an appointment, I told the girl who picked up the phone what had happened to her, and that it was my first time going. What was my surprise that the day he went, they did nothing and for giving him the estimate they charged him 30 euros. I think it's good that they charge for the first consultation, but they would have told me when they made the appointment. They didn't do anything to him and he came away with 30 euros less. It made me feel terrible because I recommended it to him. I don't question professionalism but I do question the lack of information. I understand that there is a charge for the work, but firstly, no one informed us of the cost of that work, and secondly, he only went to see the tooth that was broken. Because he didn't mention anything about wanting to do something else. The thing is, he didn't come to get a quote from me, but to fix a tooth. And you will use the appropriate instruments to do the job.

I met them through Google search after breaking up with the previous dentist who did not have good results. The Altari clinic was one of the best rated in Badajoz and they were indeed not wrong. I have been with them since January 2019 (with the pandemic in between) for orthodontic treatment and I could not be more satisfied. Both the doctors and the assistants are great professionals, very detail-oriented, always looking for the perfect result, not that it looks good, but rather, the most perfect it should be. But the best thing is that they are very good people because of how they treat the patient, with a smile and super close treatment.

The day the Clinic was recommended to me, I couldn't imagine that I was going to leave too, they performed implants and bone regeneration. But it's not what they did but how, good technique and good hands allowed my recovery to be great and without any pain. There are many clinics but if you need one you trust, don't hesitate. It is the best team you can find in Badajoz.
